Photography & Filming

Photography and filming are permitted in the museum building, the PMC‑NBr building and the Genie Garden.

• Indoors: no flash
• Outdoors: flash permitted
• Restrictions may apply in certain areas — please follow staff instructions.

Dog Policy

Dogs are not allowed in the museum, except for:

• guide dogs
• assistance dogs
• PTSD assistance dogs

Please inform reception on arrival so we can ensure a warm welcome.

Information Panels in the Genie Garden

Each object in the Genie Garden has an information panel with a QR code. Scanning the code provides additional information in English.
